Corporate Paralegal
Venture First, a leading alternative investment and financial services firm, is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join its team as a Paralegal.

In this position, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting our legal team and ensuring that our operations run smoothly.
Responsibilities Assisting with the preparation of legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and filings related to corporate transactions Assisting in drafting and revising legal correspondence under the supervision of General Counsel Assist General Counsel in reviewing, amending and finalizing agreement and other documents with clients and vendors Update agreement templates, and ensure updated templates are made available internally Maintain files including client files, transaction files, Board files, vendor files, managing UCC filings and others as necessary Write business correspondence and perform general administrative tasks as assigned Participating in meetings and calls with clients and outside counsel Conducting research on various legal issues and preparing reports and memos for the General Counsel Tracking legal filings and deadlines and ensuring that all necessary paperwork is filed on time Monitoring personal and firm workload and prioritization based on deadlines Requirements Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred At least 2 years of experience in a paralegal or legal assistant role involving corporate or transaction work Strong organizational and project management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
