Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of nursing operations within the organization - Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures to ensure high-quality care - Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff, including hiring, training, and performance management - Collaborate with other departments to ensure coordinated patient care - Monitor and evaluate patient outcomes and make necessary adjustments to improve care delivery - Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards of practice - Manage the budget for the nursing department and allocate resources effectively - Stay up-to-date with advancements in nursing practices and technologies
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required; Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) preferred - Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) - Minimum of 5 years of experience in nursing, with a focus on Substance Use Disorders and Co-occuring mental health diagnosis - Strong knowledge of physiology and medical terminology - Experience with medical records management and electronic health records systems - Previous experience in nurse management or leadership roles preferred If you are a highly motivated individual with a passion for providing exceptional patient care, we encourage you to apply for the position of Director of Nursing.
