Modern office setting Duties:
- Greet and welcome visitors at the front desk - Answer and direct phone calls using a multi-line phone system - Provide general administrative and clerical support - Manage calendars and schedule appointments - Type and prepare documents, reports, and correspondence - Assist with office needs Requirements:
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficient in using phone systems and office equipment - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks - Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document preparation - Knowledge of basic clerical procedures and office management practices - Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information Note:
Receptionist experience is not required for this position.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
